CLEG: The Series is a video comic series centering on a crew of dysfunctional space smugglers in the distant future. Beginning with The Video Comic in 2022, which adapted the first six story comics, future episodes will adapt batches of the short CLEG: Micro Space comics as well as any potential new story comics.

CENTRAL CHARACTERS
Canon
Blaster Canon is a Galonian smuggler and leader of the CLEG crew. He owned the CLEG ship and is now currently the pilot of the Blanken ship, courtesy of Laser.

Laser
Laser Beam is a Galonian smuggler and member of the CLEG crew. He was known as Larn throughout The Video Comic before his name was revealed to be Laser at the very end by Canon. Despite saving the CLEG crew with the Blanken ship, which he borrowed, he is not in charge.

Gexus
The Gexus Assistant is the CLEG ship’s navigational system, onboard computer, and robot companion. Originally appearing as a hologram unable to leave the ship, she later activates a robot body in order to join the CLEG crew on their jobs, jokingly referring to herself as Gexus 2.0. With the destruction of the CLEG ship at the end of The Video Comic, Gexus now primarily inhabits the robot body. In Micro Space, Gexus short circuits and is later ejected from the Blanken ship by Laser, albeit unintentionally.

The Space Worm was a large worm-like space creature that swallowed the CLEG ship, causing it to be destroyed and stranding Canon, Espee, and Gexus inside its mouth for an unknown period of time before they were rescued by Laser.
